How it works

  1. 1Buy your galleryOne-time payment for one event — Photo, Plus, or Live.
  2. 2Set up that eventSign in with the checkout email and name the event. Plus and Live also let you design the guest page. That payment cannot create a second event.
  3. 3Share your QR codePrint it for signage or send the link — guests never install an app. On Live events, guests can also open the separate Live Gallery from the upload page.
  4. 4Guests uploadPhoto accepts photos only. Plus and Live accept photos and one-minute video snippets. On Photo and Plus, uploads appear in the host’s private Event Vault — not a guest-facing live gallery.
  5. 5Get your photosSign in with the same email, open your event, then download to your phone or computer. Live also lets attendees watch approved memories during the event.

Your Event Vault: Where Everything Arrives

Guests use your QR code to upload. Only you can open the private Event Vault to view and download what they send.

Six host steps: sign in or create a free account with the same email, open Event Vault, select the event, guests upload while the host sees the photo grid, tap Select All then Download Selected, and save everything to a phone or computer before the access period ends.
  1. 1.Sign in with the same email used for your purchase or invitation.
  2. 2.Open Event Vault.
  3. 3.Select your event.
  4. 4.See new uploads in your private Event Vault.
  5. 5.Tap Select All, then Download Selected.
  6. 6.Save everything to your phone or computer before your access period ends.

We confirm your payment and create your gallery. Then you add a name, download your guest QR code, and share it.

No. Guests open a link or scan a QR code on their phone. Hosts use the same website.

They scan your QR code, choose photos or short videos, and tap Upload.

It opens your event’s upload page. Put it on a flyer, table card, or screen.

They go into your private Event Vault. Only you (the host) can open that vault to view and download.

Private uploads go only to you. On Live, shared items can also appear in the Live Gallery for guests who have the Live link.

Guests can share a photo or video to the Live Gallery. With Instant Display, ready items show up automatically. You can hide or remove anything.

Yes, with Live. Open the TV view on a laptop or smart TV browser and leave it running.

We keep the original for you. We also make a version that plays in the Live Gallery. That can take a moment.

Yes. You can hide or remove an upload. You can also turn Live Gallery off.

Photo lasts 60 days. Plus and Live last 90 days from purchase. Download your files before the end date.

Open your Event Vault, select the photos and videos you want, and download them to your phone or computer.

Use the email we sent after payment, or request your access email again from the thank-you page. You can also sign in with the same email you used to pay.

New uploads stop. Download your files before that date. Contact Forte Media if you need more time.

There is plenty of room for a full event. Fair-use limits apply so one event cannot fill the whole system. Photos up to 25 MB. Videos up to 500 MB and one minute each on Plus and Live.
