Smart Delivery and Polished Delivery include SpotMyPhotos AI facial-recognition delivery. Guests follow these steps at the event.

These options are booked as videography services. They are separate from the video add-ons available with photography.

These options are available only when an event photography package is booked. Video is captured while photography is in progress. This is not the same as full, dedicated videography coverage.

Combination prices shown are based on the $220 Capture Package, which includes 2 hours of photography coverage. These options are designed for events lasting up to 3 hours. If you select a different photography package, your estimate will automatically update to include that package plus the selected video add-on. Additional photography time is billed at the applicable additional-hour rate.

• The standard deposit is 50% of the total service amount.
• The date and time are not secured until the approved booking payment is received and acknowledged.
• First approved booking payment received means first reservation secured.
• Reservations are first-come, first-served.
• Standard booking requires a 50% deposit. If you need additional time to complete your deposit, a minimum non-refundable $100 date-hold payment may be accepted with prior approval. This payment is credited toward your required deposit, and the remaining deposit balance must be paid according to the confirmed arrangement. This exception is not automatic and does not mean the full deposit has been paid.
• Deposits are non-refundable upon receipt.
• Deposits may be transferred to future services.
• Weather-related disruptions qualify for deposit transfer only.
• If Forte Media is responsible for the cancellation, handle the exception through direct human confirmation.
• Required paid parking is added to the client’s balance.
• Parking proof can be supplied upon request.

Standalone videography focuses on recording the event as the primary service. A photo + video add-on is captured by the same person while photography is underway, so photography remains the primary service.

Yes. Standalone video coverage starts at $250 when you are purchasing video without an Event Photography package. Edited Event Videography begins at $350 for up to 3 hours. Video Recording Only begins at $250 for up to 2 hours.

Yes. Video add-ons for customers selecting an Event Photography package start at $100 (Clip Capture). Highlight Story is a $250 edited video add-on, and Complete Keepsake is a $350 video add-on. Combined starting totals with the $220 Capture Package are $320, $470, or $570. Standalone video coverage starts at $250 and is separate from these add-ons.

Regular event photography is $80 per additional hour. The separate $1,500 full-day photography retainer uses a $75 additional-hour rate.

Edited event videography is $90 per additional hour after the initial 3 hours. Video Recording Only is $50 per additional hour after the initial 2 hours. Photo + video highlight packages use a $90 additional-hour rate.

Availability is confirmed manually. After the service and total are confirmed, a 50% deposit is the standard booking requirement. When you cannot immediately complete the 50% deposit, a minimum non-refundable $100 date-hold payment may be accepted with prior Forte Media approval. That payment is credited toward the required deposit and does not mean the full deposit has been paid.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future service. Weather-related changes qualify for transfer only. Provider-caused exceptions are handled directly.

The $350 Event Videography option includes an edited highlight. The $250 Recording Only option does not include editing. The $320 Clip Capture combined package includes raw snippets only. The $470 and $570 combined packages include an edited highlight.

Delivery depends on the selected service and may include an online gallery, photo link, shareable video link, downloadable video, SpotMyPhotos delivery, or another confirmed delivery method.

Pre-edit requests should be discussed before the event. Otherwise, edited highlights follow FortePixVids’ creative direction. Major changes after delivery may require additional editing fees.
